Vista Media is the proud recipient of 5 bronze Telly Awards honoring outstanding local, regional, and cable television commercials and programs, as well as the finest video and film productions and work created for the web.
The awards were given for our work on "The Silent Epidemic" Part One - a continuing medical education documentary on mild traumatic brain injury. Vista Media was commissioned by the State of New Mexico to produce the four part series in cooperation with the state's HRSA Grant Administrator, Linda Gillet, PhD.
"The Silent Epidemic" Parts One & Two target primary care physicians specifically and medical professionals generally. Online CME credits are available through the Brain Trauma Foundation at www.braintrauma.org. In addition, "The Silent Epidemic" is also available on DVD.
Part One of the two part CME series was entered in the 30th Annual Telly Awards receiving five bronze Tellys in the categories of "Film/TV: Health & Wellness", "Film/TV: Education", "Online: Documentary", "Online Programs: Education", and "Online Video: Education."
Vista Media handled all of the production work from footage acquisition through post-production and shared responsibility for writing and producing.
The entire series of DVDS is available on from HRSA and the State of New Mexico's Aging and Long-Term Services Department's Brain Injury Program.
We are pleased to have been a part of such a valuable production and thrilled to have received so much recognition from the Telly Awards for our work. |
